Customer Service Awards

The public voting took place from 6^th August – 2^nd September and three businesses in each category have been shortlisted. These finalists were then mystery shopped by Store Checkers. The business with the highest score in each category received the Customer Service Award for 2018.

We’ve also added a new category this year – Star Employee! This is where you get to nominate one of your employees who gives five-star customer service!

The Customer Service Awards took place at The Chester Grosvenor Hotel on Tuesday 16^th October at 5.30pm and celebrated the #ChesterStars that are our city centre businesses.
