The 2018 season opener, City Day sees a change in format to the Boodles May Festival, as the opening day celebrates 100 years of the Chester Vase. This meeting serves up some fantastic on-track action with both Derby trials separating the men from the boys, as top-class contenders go head to head to compete at Epsom later in the season.
2017 was a winning year for Chester, producing a Derby winner in Wings of Eagles and a double Oaks winner in Enable. The bar is set, expect high caliibre racing and plenty of thrills.
