Every Tuesday throughout the summer holidays you can take your kids on an epic adventure with our FREE Family Film Screenings at Chester’s Grosvenor Museum! You’re welcome to just turn up but booking is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.

Film Summary: As a young monster Mike Wazowski visits Monsters University and is inspired to become a scary monster when he grows up. Years later, Mike joins Monsters University where he makes both friends and enemies as he pulls together a group of unlikely champions to attempt to win the Scare Games. Despite an initial dispute with James P. “Sully” Sullivan, the two of them find themselves teamed up as members of the underdog fraternity Oozma Kappa as they compete to wins the Scare Games so they can earn respect from their peers and return to scare classes. A great film to inspire little ones as summer holidays come to an end and the return to school gets near.

Timings: 11am – The film will commence at 11.05am.  After this time remaining seats will be allocated to someone else on a first come, first served basis at the museum on the day.  We advise arriving at least 15 minutes before the film’s scheduled start time.

Conditions of entry: Children must be accompanied by an adult. We are sorry but no under 2s are permitted. The Grosvenor Museum will be selling refreshments (sweets, ice creams, drinks, etc.) at the back of the theatre before the screening begins. Please be aware that this film is a dvd and not HD quality. Please be respectful of your fellow viewers and keep noise to a minimum or you may be asked to leave the screening.
