  1. INGREDIENTSFor the batter: 100 g organic flour, 2 eggs, 300 ml semi-skimmed milk,  1 tea spoon oilToppings: cheddar cheese, Wiltshire Ham.METHOD
    1. Mix all ingredients for the batter in a bowl.
    2. Oil the pan and ladle some batter into it, tilting the pan to move the mixture around for a thin and even layer.

    3. Flipping pancakes: Hold the pan’s handle, ease a fish slice under the pancake, then quickly lift and flip it over

    1. Spread your ingredients on the crepe: first the grated cheddar and add some pieces of ham on the crepe
    2. Fold the crepe in 2 and leave it for 15 seconds
    3. Enjoy!
