Introducing a hotter than ever new menu, Las Iguanas- the home of authentic South American food and cocktails- welcomes a host of brand new additions to ensure those summer months are a true Latin American fiesta.

Launching on 21st March 2017, the new food and drinks menu boasts 13 delicious additions, offering vibrant new colours and tastes of South America alongside everyone’s favourites such as fajitas, enchiladas, burritos, flame-grilled meats and not forgetting the award winning burgers*.

The menu at Las Iguanas is carefully developed by a team of passionate foodies, discovering unique flavours and inspiring recipes from across Latin America and bringing them to life through high quality, fresh ingredients. The new menu additions are no exception – beautiful Bolinhos de Caranguejo– Crab, Prawn and Potato Croquettes will excite the tastebuds whilst the Cuban Sandwich consisting of roasted Pork Belly, Pulled Pork, Emmental Cheese and Ham with Sweet Mustard and Green Pickle Relish is bound to leave you wanting more. If seafood is more your thing, don’t miss the Sea Bass A Lo Macho, a fillet of Sea Bass with Mussels, Crayfish and Prawns in a White Wine, Spinach, Paprika and Cream Sauce…a dish that will definitely have you dreaming of Brazil’s exotic beaches.

Punctuating your journey through Latin America with an addition to the puddings is the brand new Brazilian Flip Flop, where rich Dulche de Leche is topped with Chocolate Brigadeiro and crushed Peanut Brittle finished with salted Dulche de Leche Caramel Ice Cream. Totally indulgent but totally worth it.

An impressive selection of new drinks offer something for everyone- a new Chilli Paloma infused with a theatrical plume of Ancho Reyes certainly packs a punch, whilst the new Gin and Juice with the flavours of Colombia makes a majestic splash onto the cocktail menu. In addition, the Lulo and Agave Cooler is the perfect guilt-free creation for those who don’t need a drink to have fun.

What’s more, Las Iguanas are delighted to announce the launch of their monthly ‘Hot List’; a selection of four must have cocktails, all of which are 241. Amongst the must haves for March is the Chocolate Batida; a genius concoction of Las Iguanas Magnifica Cachaca, Chocolate, Condensed Milk and Mini Eggs- perfect for treating yourself this Easter.
