There are just days left for you to vote for your favourite Chester city centre business, with voting in the CH1ChesterBID Customer Service Awards due to close on Sunday 18 September.
CH1ChesterBID wants you to help shortlist three city centre businesses – through this online survey – that go the extra mile and provide fantastic customer service all year round.
Entries are being welcomed across 11 different categories including Coffee Shops; Health & Beauty; Independent Retailer; Pubs, Bars and Clubs; Restaurants, and Small Retailer. Those that make it through to the final will receive a mystery-shopping visit from independent retail experts to determine who comes out on top.
“The CH1ChesterBID Customer Service Awards are a great opportunity for everyone to share what makes Chester special to them,” said Julie Charlton, Marketing Manager at CH1ChesterBID.
“We’ve been really pleased with the public response so far and we’ve received over a thousand nominations already. These awards are great because they give the general public the perfect platform to recognise all of the local businesses that help make Chester amazing. But with only a few days left until public voting closes, we’re urging anyone that’s not already completed our survey to nominate their favourite businesses before the deadline this weekend.”
Everyone that completes the CH1ChesterBID survey will be entered into a special prize draw for the chance to win £250 in high street vouchers to spend in Chester.
