Our Love Local series is all about promoting those shiny diamonds that are our independent BID members in Chester and, with that in mind, our next stop really does have lots of shiny diamonds! We visited Carl Christopher, Northgate Street’s premier jewellers and had a lot of fun getting to know sales consultant, Ruth Hughes – the individual behind this particular independent.
