In the summer of 2014 Chester city centre businesses voted Yes to establish Chester BID, Chester’s first Business Improvement District. During our first five year term we worked with you, the businesses of Chester, to Make Things Happen in our city.
In June 2019 you decided that you wanted Chester BID to continue and we were given another five year term by way of a democratic voting process.
Chester BID has continued to Make Things Happen in Chester city centre. Following the COVID-19 outbreak the BID took immediate action launching the #ChesterTogether campaign which crucially connected the business and people of Chester to support each other throughout the public health crisis and the high street recovery process.
