Chester’s Safe Space

  • Our Safe Space will provide medical assessment, supervised recovery, listening and signposting, as well as a place to wait for friends or even just charge mobile phones.

  • It will be staffed by a paramedic, a member of security staff and volunteers.

  • The space will be a temporary unit situated at the junction of Foregate Street and Frodsham Street, near RBS bank.

  • It will be in operation from 10pm until 4.30am.

  • The unit is planned to be present most Saturday nights, with the intention to increase the nights of operation to support other busy nights.
