The Chester Grosvenor to host ‘Captain’s Club’ with Warren Gatland OBE

On Thursday 11th October, Warren Gatland OBE, Head Coach of Wales National Rugby Union team, will be speaking at The Chester Grosvenor’s Captain’s Club – one of several exclusive dinners hosted at Bespoke Hotels by an exciting variety of guest speakers who have risen to prominence in sporting careers.

Warren will be recounting tales about his illustrious career and the world of rugby, following a three-course meal, prepared by Michelin-starred Chef, Simon Radley. Warren and his team have won three Six Nations titles and to this day he is the unbeaten Head Coach of The British and Irish Lions, winning the series in Australia in 2013 and securing the memorable draw in New Zealand last year. Never one to shirk the tough decisions, he has become a consummate professional through his forthright, honest and passionate approach to management and international rugby.

General Manager of The Chester Grosvenor, Richard Grove, comments: “It’s an honour to invite Mr Gatland to the hotel for our Captain’s Club dinner. Warren’s experiences are sure to inspire our guests and we look forward to welcoming him for what is set to be an insightful and enjoyable evening.”

The Captain’s Club with Warren Gatland takes place on Thursday 11th October, 7pm. Tickets cost £65 and include a three-course meal prepared by Executive Chef, Simon Radley, and accompanied by a half-bottle of Sommelier’s choice wine.
